Pressing Instructions:

Use HEAVY PRESSURE! It should be hard to close your press! 
  • Set heat press to the correct temperature. Keep in mind that every press is different. around 270° for 100% Polyester,  around 300-315° for most cottons and blends
  • Pre-press garment for 5 to 7 seconds.
  • Line up your transfer on the garment. Press for 10 – 15 seconds.
  • These are Hot Peel Film Transfers, you can instant peel, or wait a few seconds to peel.
  • If the transfer is not adhering, check your pressure and press again. Once transfer has cooled, remove the film slowly. 
  • Cover the design with parchment paper, a plain t-shirt, or Teflon and repress for another 7 to 10 seconds.
How to Care for Your Shirts with DTF? 
  • Direct to Film transfers hold up extremely well when pressed and washed properly.
  • Do not wash or dry on high heat. Low or Medium heat is fine.
  • Do not use Fabric Softener! Using Fabric Softener will cause the transfer to crack.

*Every heat press is different, it’s best to check your heat press with a heat gun to ensure you have accurate temperature.*
